Virtual care options
The On Demand platform offers convenient, high-quality virtual urgent care services for minor illnesses and injuries—and it’s available anytime and anywhere in the United States. Members (adults and children age 3 and older) connect to providers through a secure, interactive video visit on the web or mobile device.
You may also access virtual care, when available, from your local provider. But you may have to pay your usual office visit co-pay.
Worldwide emergency and urgent care
You are covered anywhere for emergency and urgent care – from the hospitals and centers in your community to any place around the world.
Out-of-network coverage
Our Medicare Advantage plans include coverage for non-emergency or routine care from any Medicare-participating provider anywhere in the U.S. – even if they’re not part of our provider network. Out-of-network care and services may cost you more than in-network.
Dental coverage through LIBERTY Dental
Your dental coverage goes beyond routine cleanings. Preventive services, including oral exams, routine cleaning, and x-rays, are covered in full. Covered services include root canals, crowns, and bridges. You can choose to go to any dentist but keep in mind that your costs will be lower if you choose a dentist within the LIBERTY Dental Medicare network, which accepts a fixed amount for each covered service as payment in full.

Hearing exams from an in-network TruHearing provider are covered in full. Your benefits also include coverage for hearing aids.

Looking for a pharmacy?
With our Medicare Advantage plans, you have access to thousands of participating pharmacies, including all major pharmacy chains. Just show your Member ID card any time you fill a prescription. Prescriptions filled at non-contracted pharmacies are covered only in certain situations.
