Share your feedback

Mass General Brigham Health Plan has a Consumer Advisory Board to help guide our health plan for people with Medicare and MassHealth (Medicaid). We’re looking for members, or family, friends, and advocates involved in their care, to join to share about their experiences they have with our plan, offer feedback on programs, and suggest ideas on how we can improve.

What are the details?

  • Meetings will be quarterly and last between 60 and 90 minutes
  • There will be opportunities to meet online and in-person
  • Meetings are scheduled based on the group’s availability
  • Members and their caregivers, family, and advocates can participate
  • Space is limited; sign up today!

Have questions? Contact healthplandualscab@mgb.org or reach out to Member Services at 888-816-6000 (TTY 711).

If seats on the Consumer Advisory Board are full, members can also provide feedback in future surveys or through your care team.
